Tato diplomová práce se zabývá kolizní úpravou zajištění závazku v soukromoprávních vztazích. Cílem práce je analyzovat postup určení rozhodného práva pro vybrané zajišťovací instituty s mezinárodním prvkem. This diploma thesis deals with conflict of laws of securing the performance of an obligation in private law relations. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the procedure of determining the applicable law for selected securing institutes with an international element.
