Abstract:

Bakalářská práce "Chování firem v průběhu hospodářských cyklů" se zabývá otázkou hospodářského cyklu a jeho dopadu na podnikatelský subjekt. Konkrétně se jedná o Cestovní kancelář JK Bus. Výsledkem této práce by mělo být zjištění aktuální situace na trhu a stavu podnikatelského subjektu prostřednictvím aplikování strategických metod a postupů. Úvodní kapitola shrnuje otázky, o kterých práce dále pojednává, a popisuje cíl. Teoretická kapitola byla zpracována s pomocí mnoha literárních a internetových zdrojů. V první části teoretické kapitole jsou popsány ekonomické cykly a jejich fáze. Další část seznamuje stručně s teoretickými přístupy a následující část shrnuje vývoj hospodářských cyklů v České republice od roku 1990. V posledním úseku jsou pak definovány základní pojmy, jako je podnik a okolí firmy. Informace v hlavní kapitole mé bakalářské práce byly zpracovány na základě znalostí strategického řízení. Zde jsou seřazeny praktické výzkumy situace podniku, vývoje oboru a pozice JK Busu. Poslední kapitola shrnuje všechny získané poznatky a hodnotí výsledky předchozího průzkumu.

Abstract:

The Bachelor Thesis "The behavior of firms during economic cycles" deals with the economic cycle issue and its impact on a business entity. Specifically, the travel agency JK Bus. Outcome of this work should be determination of the current market situation and condition of the business entity through application of strategic methods and procedures. The introductory chapter summarizes the issues to further treat the work and describes the target. The Theoretic chapter was compiled with the help lots of literary and internet sources. In the first part of Theoretic chapter are described the economic cycles and its phases. The next section briefly acquaints with the theoretical approaches and the following part summarizes development of economic cycles in Czech republic since 1990. In the last fraction are then defined basic concepts such as the firm and the stage set of a firm. Information in the main chapter of my Bachelor Thesis were elaborated on the basis of procedure knowledge. There are ranked the practical researches on trade situation, development of the branch and position of the JK Bus. The last chapter sums up all obtained findings and evaluates results of the previous exploration.
