Employee Satisfaction and Feedback in a Company

Abstract:

Spokojenost zaměstnanců je významným činitelem, který ovlivňuje chod podniku a jeho efektivitu. Vyjadřuje postoj pracovníků ke společnosti, který je možné ovlivňovat a tím je stabilizovat v podniku. Bakalářská páce se zabývá faktory zaměřenými na organizaci a náplň práce, pracovní vztahy a pracovní podmínky, které ovlivňují spokojenost a motivaci zaměstnanců. Jako nástroj pro zpětnou vazbu zaměstnanců byl vytvořený dotazník k analýze stavu spokojenosti a nespokojenosti zaměstnanců s motivačními faktory. Výzkum byl realizovaný ve společnosti Crystal Bohemia, a.s. v poděbradském závodě, kde podnik zaměstnává více jak 240 zaměstnanců. Jednalo se o první dotazníkové šetření v podniku a je nástrojem pro realizaci pravidelného šetření i v ostatních závodech organizace. Z provedeného šetření vyplývá, že většina zaměstnanců, kteří se zúčastnili, je spokojených se svou pracovní pozicí, pracovní dobou a pracovními vztahy se svými kolegy i přímým nadřízeným. Zaměstnanci negativně hodnotili informovanost a organizaci práce, pracovní prostředí, chování a přístup vedení, mzdy a benefity. Zaměstnanci projevili největší zájem o další benefity a to 13. mzdu, dovolenou navíc nebo stravenky, popř. stravenkový paušál. Na základě zjištěných informací byly doporučené návrhy na zlepšení situace v podniku. Limitem výzkumu je malé množství respondentů, kteří se zúčastnili dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

Employee satisfaction is an important factor that influences the running of a company and its efficiency. It reflects the employees' approach to the company, which can be influenced and thereby stabilize them in the company. The Bachelor's thesis deals with the factors focused on the organization and job description, working relationships and working condition that affect employee satisfaction and motivation. A Questionnaire was developed as a tool for employee feedback to analyze the status of employee satisfaction and dissatisfaction with motivational factors. The survey was realized in Crystal Bohemia, a.s. in the Poděbrady plant, where the company employs more than 240 employees. It was the first questionnaire research in the company and is a tool for the implementation of periodic research in other plants of the organization. The survey shows that most of the employees who responded are satisfied with their job position, working hours and working relations with their colleagues and direct manager. Employees negatively evaluated the information and organization of work, work environment, behaviour and approach of management, salaries and benefits. Employees were most interested in other benefits, namely the 13th wage, additional vacations or a meal allowance. On the basis of the information found, suggestions were recommended to improve the situation in the company. A research limitation is the low number of respondents who participated in the questionnaire survey.
