Methods of protecting nitrogen atoms of bambusuril
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá makrocyklizační reakcí 2,4-diallylglykolurilu a následnými postmakrocyklizačními úpravami získaného dodekaallylbambus[6]urilu. Dodekaallylbambus[6]uril byl připraven v maximálním výtěžku 30 %. Dodekaallylbambus[6]uril byl následně podroben dalším reakcím, které vedly k odstranění allylových skupin z tohoto makrocyklu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with macrocyclization reactions of 2,4 dial-lylglycoluril and subsequent postmacrocyclization modifications of obtained dodecaallylbambus[6]uril. The maximal yield of the prepared dodecaallylbambus[6]uril was 30 %. Dodecaallylbambus[6]uril subsequently underwent to additional reactions, which resulted in the removal of allyl groups on this macrocycle.
