Psychological Burden and Quality of Life from the Perspective of Nurses Working in Home Care
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou psychické zátěže a kvality života všeobecných sester pracujících v domácí péči. Sestry v domácí péči často čelí náročným pracovním podmínkám a situacím, které mohou mít negativní dopad na jejich psychickou pohodu a celkovou kvalitu života. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat vnímání zátěží, kterým jsou sestry vystaveny.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of psychological burden and quality of life of general nurses working in home care. Home care nurses often face challenging working conditions and situations that can have a negative impact on their psychological well-being and overall quality of life. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the perception of the burdens that nurses are exposed to.
