Diplomová práce je rozčleněna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy, kterými jsou: pozemek, členění pozemků, cena a hodnota. Důležitou kapitolou teoretické části je rovněž popis jednotlivých přístupů a metod oceňování pozemků na tržních principech. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains the basic concepts, which are: land, division of lands, price and value.
