Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím systémů CRISPR ke studiu mechanismů karcinogeneze. This bachelor´s thesis deals with the use of CRISPR systems for studying carcinogenesis. CRISPR systems represent a powerful tool in genetic engineering and allow precise gene editing, while also opening possibilities for a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms leading to carcinogenesis.
