Cílem této práce je shrnout dosavadní poznatky o olejnatých semenech. Teoretická část přináší základní informace o jednotlivých olejnatých semenech. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the current knowledge of oil seeds. The theoretical part deals with the basic information about each oil seed. The first part is dedicated to the composition and effects of oil seeds on human health. Consequently, the theoretical part describes the cultivation and use of oil seeds.
