Abstract:

Název: Stravování studentů Fakulty zdravotnických studií Univerzity Jana Evangelisty Purkyně v Ústí nad Labem Úvod: Strava představuje zásadní aspekt našeho každodenního života, ovlivňuje naši náladu i celkové zdraví. Je důležité, aby studenti v oblasti lékařství a zdravotnictví byli dobře obeznámeni s dopady stravovacích návyků na zdraví, neboť mohou sehrát klíčovou roli jako motivátoři při šíření osvěty o zdravém životním stylu. Cíl práce: Cílem této práce bylo zjistit stravovací návyky studentů na Fakultě zdravotnických studií, posoudit kvalitu jejich stravování a míru jejich spokojenosti se stravováním v rámci fakulty. Metodika: Pro praktickou část bakalářské práce byla zvolena kvantitativní metoda sběru dat pomocí anonymního dotazníku, vytvořeného na online platformě Survio. Dotazník byl distribuován studentům různých oborů na Fakultě zdravotnických studií Univerzity Jana Evangelisty Purkyně v Ústí nad Labem prostřednictvím e-mailových adres studijních programů. Dotazník obsahoval celkem třicet tři otázek, z nichž dvě byly otevřené. Otázky se týkaly stravování studentů a obecných informací o respondentech. Získaná data byla zpracována v programu Microsoft Excel a prezentována ve formě grafů a tabulek. Výsledky: Celkem dotazník vyplnilo 159 respondentů. Výsledky studie naznačují, že 17,5 % (28) studentů se aktivně snaží dodržovat doporučené zásady stravování, zatímco 41,3 % (66) občas dodržuje zásady zdravého stravování. Nicméně z odpovědí týkajících se spokojenosti se stravováním na fakultě vyplývá, že 51,9 % (83) studentů vyjádřilo nespokojenost s organizací bufetu a 43,1 % (69) projevilo nespokojenost s nabídkou v automatech na fakultě. Závěr: Výsledky naznačují, že většina studentů stravuje dobře. Přesto velká část studentů vyjádřila nespokojenost se stravováním v rámci fakulty. Nicméně, díky zvýšené aktivitě a účasti studentů, jejich návrhům a zájmu vedení fakulty, stejně jako díky zvýšené informovanosti v oblasti stravování ze všech stran, má stravování na fakultě zdravotnických studií potenciál dosáhnout nové úrovně a významného zlepšení.

Title: Dietary Habits of Students at the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Jan Evangelista Purkyně in Ústí nad Labem Introduction: Diet represents a fundamental aspect of our daily lives, influencing our mood and overall health. It is important for students in the field of medicine and healthcare to be well informed about the impact of dietary habits on health, as they can play a crucial role in promoting awareness of a healthy lifestyle. Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the dietary habits of students at the Faculty of Health Sciences, assess the quality of their diet, and evaluate their satisfaction with the dining options within the faculty. Methodology: A quantitative data collection method was chosen for the practical part of the bachelor's thesis, using an anonymous questionnaire created on the Survio online platform. The questionnaire was distributed to students from various fields at the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Jan Evangelista Purkyně in Ústí nad Labem, via email addresses of study programs. The questionnaire consisted of a total of thirty-three questions, two of which were open-ended. The questions pertained to students' dietary habits and general information about the respondents. The collected data were processed using Microsoft Excel and presented in the form of graphs and tables. Results: A total of 159 respondents completed the questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that 17.5% (28) of students actively strive to adhere to recommended dietary guidelines, while 41.3% (66) occasionally adhere to principles of healthy eating. However, responses regarding satisfaction with dining options at the faculty revealed that 51.9% (83) of students expressed dissatisfaction with the organization of the cafeteria, and 43.1% (69) expressed dissatisfaction with the offerings in vending machines on campus. Conclusion: The results suggest that the majority of students have good dietary habits. However, a large portion of students expressed dissatisfaction with dining options within the faculty. Nevertheless, due to increased activity and involvement of students, their suggestions, and the interest of faculty leadership, as well as increased awareness of dietary habits from all sides, dining at the Faculty of Health Sciences has the potential to reach a new level and significant improvement.
