Cílem diplomové práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty společnosti Komerční banka, a.s. k 31. 12. 2009 na základě veřejně dostupných informací. První kapitola je věnována specifikům bankovních institucí, která je třeba zohlednit v procesu ocenění. Ve druhé kapitole jsou popsány základní informace o ocenění a o oceňované bance. The main goal of the thesis is to find market value for the company Komerční banka, a.s. on the date 31st December 2010. At the beginning of the work is described the specifics of banking institutions. The valuation consists of financial analysis, strategic analysis and creating the financial scheme.
