Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám rozdělením potravinářských barviv na přírodní a syntetická a jednotlivé skupiny dále rozděluji podle jejich chemické struktury. Zabývám se vlastnostmi a chemickým složením jednotlivých skupin, způsoby jejich použití, a také konkrétními příklady barviv. v neposlední řadě se zabývám způsoby jejich získávání a výroby.
Abstract:
In my bachelor´s thesis i deal with the distribution of food dyes on natural, and synthetic and each group are further divide according to their chemical structure. I deal with properties and chemical composition of the various groups, their methods of application and specific examples of food coloring too. I reffering on examples of their using.
