Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na problematiku porodů doma. Cílem práce je porovnat porod doma ve dvou časových obdobích. Tato období jsem stanovila na 40. - 50. léta 20. století a na léta 2000 - 2012. V teoretické části popisuji motivaci žen k domácímu porodu, vzdělávání a kompetence porodních asistentek, jejich vybavení k porodu doma, samotné vedení domácího porodu a práci s bolestí při domácím porodu. Pro svou práci jsem zvolila kvalitativní výzkum, v praktické části uvádím rozhovory se dvěma ženami, které rodily doma. V závěrečné diskuzi je provedena analýza prožitku porodu doma a celkové porovnání průběhu porodu u žen v daných obdobích.

Abstract:

In my thesis, I focus on the issue of home births. The aim is to compare home birth in two time periods. This time, I set out on the 40th - 50th the 20th century and the years 2000 - 2012. The theoretical part describes the motivation of women to domestic labor, education and skills of midwives, their equipment to home birth, home birth alone leadership and work with the pain of giving birth at home. For my thesis I chose qualitative research in the practical part, the interviews with the two women who gave birth at home. In the final discussion is an analysis of the experience of giving birth at home and overall compared to home birth for women was conducted in the respective periods.
