Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu situace majetkového vypořádání s římsko-katolickou církví na území České a Slovenské republiky. Téma je zasazeno do historického kontextu vývoje jednotlivých zemí a i do celkového evropského vývoje způsobů majetkového vypořádání s církvemi s důrazem na církev římsko- katolickou.
Abstract:
The topic of this diploma thesis attend to the situation of property settlement with the Roman Catholic Church in the Czech and Slovak Republic. The topic is set in the historical context of progress of single countries and even in the general European progress of methods of property settlement with churches, with emphasis on the Roman Catholic Church.
