Comparison of Russian and Czech Insurance Market of Life Insurance

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Komparace ruského a českého trhu životního pojištění“ je analýza současného stavu a vývoj trhu životního pojištění v Rusku a České republice. Mapuje a porovnává vývoj produktu životního pojištění ve třech časových úsecích – od 17. století do začátku 20. let XX. století, od začátku 20. let XX. století do 90. let XX. století a od 90. let XX. století do dnešních dnů. Věnuje se obecně problematice regulace a dohledu, právnímu zakotvení životního pojištění v legislativě jednotlivých států a zabývá se porovnáním a analýzou vývoje jednotlivých ukazatelů kondice pojistného trhu. Práce rovněž informuje o předpokládaných trendech v oblasti vývoje trhu životního pojištění. Dále se zabývá analýzou a komparaci systému dohledu nad pojistnými trhy, popisuje průběh a příčiny vzniku sjednoceného dohledu formou mega-regulátoru. V závěru práce provádí analýzu vybraných pojistných produktu z ruského a českého pojistných trhů.

Abstract:

The subject of this dissertation, which is called „Comparison of Russian and Czech market of life insurance“, is the analysis of current state and development of the market of life insurance in Russia and Czech Republic. It presents and compares development of the product of life insurance during three different periods of time – from 17th century until the beginning of twenties of 20th century, form the beginning of twenties of 20th century until nineties of 20th century and from nineties of 20th century until up to the present. It is focused on general isme of regulation and supervision, it deals with legal enactment of life insurance in the legal code of particular countries and occupies with comparison as well as analysis of development of particular indicators of conditions of the market of life insurance. The dissertation also informs of expected trends in the area of development of the market of life insurance. Next part pursues the analysis and comparison of the system of supervisit of insurance markets, it describes the process and causes of formation of unified supervision with the character of mega-regulator. In conclusion, there is presented the analysis of chosen insurance products from Russian and Czech insurance markets.
