Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vhodností použití rozhodčího řízení ve spotřebitelských věcech. Je členěna do 3 částí - v první části srovnává výhody a nevýhody tohoto způsobu řešení sporů, ve druhé části analyzuje právní nástroje ochrany spotřebitelů a ve třetí části získané poznatky porovnává s praxí. This thesis deals with the suitability of the use of arbitration in consumer matters. It is divided into 3 parts - the first part compares advantages and disadvantages of this method of settling disputes, second part analyzes legal instruments of protection consumers and knowledge gained compares with the practice in the third part.
