Landscape reclamation in Karvina part of Ostrava-Karvina mining district from 2012 to 2022

Abstract:

V práci jsem se zaměřila na rekultivační činnost v karvinské části OKR, s cílem zmapování dřívějších rekultivací do roku 2012 a aktuálních rekultivačních projektů z období 2012-2022. Obecná část práce se zabývá vymezením pojmu rekultivace, zájmové oblasti a jednotlivým dobývacích prostorů, a charakteristice hornické a rekultivační činnosti v jednotlivých letech období 2012-2022. Součástí práce je seznam dokončených rekultivačních staveb do roku 2012, které jsem dále uvedla v kontextu s projekty dokončenými, či realizovanými ve vymezeném období. Práce se dále věnuje možné budoucnosti zrekultivované krajiny na Karvinsku, která však nemusí odpovídat rekultivačním záměrům oblasti. V závěru shrnuji získané informace, které vypovídají o současném trendu rekultivační činnosti na Karvinsku, především o jejich rozmístění, charakteru a cílovém využití.

Abstract:

In my thesis I focused on reclamation activities in the Karviná part of the OKR, with the aim of mapping previous reclamations until 2012 and current reclamation projects from the period 2012-2022. The general part of the thesis deals with the definition of the concept of reclamation, the area of interest and individual mining areas, and the characteristics of mining and reclamation activities in the individual years of the period 2012-2022. The thesis includes a list of completed reclamation projects up to 2012, which I have also presented in the context of projects completed or implemented in the defined period. The thesis also discusses the possible future of the reclaimed landscape in the Karviná region, which may not correspond to the reclamation plans for the area. Finally, I summarize the information gathered, which tells about the current trend of reclamation activities in Karviná region, especially their location, character and target use.
