Corporate Culture and Internal Communication of the International Company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá firemní kulturou a interní komunikací nadnárodní firmy. Věnuje se rovněž vlivům nadnárodního prostředí na danou komunikaci a firemní identitu. Daná problematika je v současném globálním světě předmětem mnoha odborných konferencí a výzkumů. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza firemní kultury a interní komunikace české, dceřiné společnosti nadnárodní firmy, která musí respektovat mateřskou společností stanovené základní prvky firemní kultury a komunikace. Dílčím cílem bakalářské práce je statistická analýza vývoje počtu zobrazení nového nástroje interní komunikace dceřiné společnosti v porovnání s ostatními organizačními jednotkami koncernu. Firemní kultura a komunikace koncernu Dachser je založena na německých základech a tím i německé kultuře a charakteru. To má vliv nejen na vnitropodnikové procesy, ale samozřejmě i na komunikaci.

Abstract:

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the concepts of corporate culture and internal communication of a multinational company. It also deals with the multinational environment impact on the particular communication and corporate identity. In the current global world, these particular issues are in the focus of many professional conferences and research projects. The objective of the bachelor’s thesis is the analysis of a corporate culture and internal communication of a Czech company which is in the position of a subsidiary and has to respect the fundamental principles of the corporate culture and communication of its parent company. A sub-goal of the bachelor’s thesis is a statistical analysis of a new tool of internal communication and the number of its page views in comparison with other organizational units of the business concern. The corporate culture and communication of Dachser concern in based on German basic elements and thus on German culture and character. It influences not only the in-house corporate processes but the process of communication as well.
