Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá bonusy a benefity zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. První část popisuje základní pojmy z oblasti odměňování zaměstnanců, charakterizuje peněžní a nepeněžní rozdělení a jednotlivé druhy zaměstnaneckých bonusů a benefitů. This bachelor’s thesis deals with employee incentives and benefits in a selected organization.
