Abstract:
V klinické praxi často dochází k nežádoucím účinkům léčiv v důsledku jejich špatného dávkování. Těmto nežádoucím účinkům se dá předejít odhalením rychlosti jejich metabolismu biotransformačními enzymy. Mezi tyto enzymy patří cytochrom P450. Abstract:
In clinical practice, adverse effects of drugs appear very frequently, notably as a consequence inappropriate dosing. The determination of the rate of drug metabolism by biotransformation enzymes can prevent at least some of these side effects.
