Measuring of attitudes of school youth to gypsy ethnic

Abstract:

Název tématu bakalářské práce je Měření postojů školní mládeže k romskému etniku. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část je rozdělená na 3 kapitoly. První kapitola pojednává o romské minoritě, její historii, struktuře jejího společenství v České republice a pohledu české majority na romskou minoritu. Druhá kapitola pojednává o vybraných etapách vývojového období adolescence. Třetí kapitola se týká problematiky postojů. Obsahuje definici a teorie postojů, jejich vnitřní skladbu, charakteristiky, funkce, utváření, metody měření a druhy postojů. Hlavním cílem výzkumné části je zjištění postojů školní mládeže k romské minoritě. Dílčí cíle byly stanoveny pro zjištění statisticky významných rozdílů mezi respondenty ze základní a střední školy, mezi chlapci a dívkami a mezi výsledky výzkumu této práce a výsledky dřívějšího výzkumu zabývajícím se podobným tématem. Byl stanoven kvantitativní výzkum a jako metoda sběru dat byl zvolen dotazník. Celkem se výzkumu zúčastnilo 112 respondentů. Pro zjištění statisticky významných rozdílů byla použita metoda Chí-kvadrát.

Abstract:

The title of the bachelors thesis is Measuring of attitudes of school youth to gypsy ethnic. The thesis is composed of a theoretical part and research part. The theoretical part is divided to three chapters. The first chapter describes the Roma minority, its history, structure of its community in Czech republic a the view of Czech majority towards Roma minority. The second chapter describes chosen periods of adolescence. The thirds chapter describes the attitude issue. It include definition and theories of attitudes, their inner structure, characteristics, function, formation, techniques of measuring and types of attitudes. The main goal of the research part is find out the attitudes of school youth to Roma minority. The partial goals are find out significant difference between respondents from elementary school and respondents from high school, find out significatn difference between girls and boys and find out significant difference between our research and previous research. A quantitive research was set and a questionnaire was used for collecting the data. There were 112 participating respondents in the research. For finding out the significant differences a Chi-square method was chosen.
