Influence of physical intervention on fitness indicators and parameters of overall body composition of selected group of recreational sports women.

Abstract:

Tato kvalifikační práce se zabývala sledováním změn kondičních ukazatelů a parametrů celkového tělesného složení naměřených před začátkem a po skončení tříměsíčního pohybového intervenčního programu, zaměřeného na vybranou skupinu rekreačně sportujících žen ve věku 20 - 30 let. Parametry celkového složení těla byly diagnostikovány pomocí přístroje InBody 370 a kondiční ukazatele testovány pomocí vybraných standardizovaných testů tělesné zdatnosti. Sledovaný soubor tvořil 6 probandů, kteří se do šetření zapojili dobrovolně a rovněž navržený pohybový program plnili z vlastního zájmu a iniciativy. Hlavní náplní pohybové intervence byl běžecký trénink. Jeho parametry byly zaznamenávány prostřednictvím sportovních hodinek Garmin Forerunner 35. Běžecký trénink byl jednou týdně doplněn o další pohybovou aktivitu sloužící nejen jako doplněk, ale zároveň jako pohybová kompenzace běžeckého tréninku. Z výsledků výzkumného šetření porovnání vstupního a výstupního měření je patrné, že došlo k výraznému zlepšení kondičních a výkonových parametrů probandů, zatímco změny tělesného složení byli velmi variabilní. Běžecký trénink lze tedy jednoznačně doporučit pro zvýšení fyzické kondice a kardiorespirační adaptaci a stabilitě organismu.

Abstract:

This qualification work dealt with the monitoring of changes in fitness indicators and parameters of total body composition measured before and after the end of a three-month exercise intervention program, focused on a selected group of recreational sports women aged 20-30 years. The parameters of the total body composition were diagnosed using the InBody 370 device and the fitness indicators were tested using selected standardized fitness tests. The monitored group consisted of 6 probands, who participated in the survey voluntarily and also fulfilled the proposed exercise program of their own interest and initiative. The main content of the physical intervention was running training. Its parameters were recorded using a Garmin Forerunner 35 sports watch. Once a week, the running training was supplemented by another physical activity serving not only as a supplement, but also as a movement compensation for the running training. The results of the research survey comparing input and output measurements show that there was a significant improvement in the conditioning and performance parameters of probands, while changes in body composition were very variable. Running training can therefore be clearly recommended to increase physical condition and cardiorespiratory adaptation and stability of the body.
