Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou péče o potenciální dárce orgánů. V teoretické části jsou popsané historické počátky transplantací, potřebná legislativa, seznámení s transplantačním programem v České republice, možné způsoby ošetřovatelské péče o dárce orgánů a s ní spojená příprava a vyšetření před samotným odběrem orgánu či orgánů. This Bachelor´s thesis deals with problems in care of potencial donor organs. In the first part l´ve described the history of transplantations at their beginnings, the needed legislation, introduction into the transplantation program in Czech Republic, different approaches to care for these donor organs and pretest/pre-care procedures before the transplantation of an organ or organs.
