Abstract:

Cílem mé práce bylo zjištění důvodů migrace a dimenzi integrace přímo od ekonomicky aktivních migrantů v majoritní společnosti města Vídeň. Tento základ slouží pro orientaci a další využití nejen v oblasti sociální práce s migranty, ale i další výzkum v problematice migrace a integrace ve Vídni. Hlavním přínosem této práce jsou zjištěné informace od migrantů a pohledy na integraci ve městě Vídeň z vybrané skupiny ve stavebnictví. Pro výzkum jsem zvolil kvalitativní metodu,techniku rozhovorů, abych více nahlédl do života ekonomicky aktivních migrantů a zaznamenal v podobě případových studií. Po analyzování dat pak shledávám podobnosti v problémech, potvrzuji domněnky o problémech integrace současnosti a navrhuji doporučení.

Abstract:

The aim of my work was to find out the reasons for migration and the dimension of integration directly from economically active migrants in the majority society of Vienna. This basis serves for orientation and further use not only in the field of social work with migrants, but also other research on migration and integration in Vienna. The main contribution of this work is the information obtained from migrants and the views of integration in the city of Vienna from a selected group in the construction industry. For the research I chose the qualitative method, technique of interviews to get more insight into the lives of economically active migrants and to record them as case studies. After analyzing the data, I find similarities in the problems, confirm the assumptions about the problems of integration of the present and propose recommendations.
