Abstract:

Cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou procesní analýzy a optimalizace procesů. Teoretická část popisuje, co je to proces, charakteristiku procesu, dělení procesů a životní cyklus procesu. Dále popisuje modelovací jazyky a notace sloužící k modelování procesů. Poslední kapitola teoretické části popisuje, co je to optimalizace procesů a metodiky používané při optimalizaci procesů. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou organizace, identifikací vybraných procesů a optimalizací procesů v praxi na konkrétní organizaci. Pro danou organizaci je vybrána nejefektivnější metodika pro optimalizaci procesů a notace pro modelování procesů. Prostřednictvím této vybrané metodiky a notace je provedena optimalizace procesů. Na základě této optimalizace procesů je vytvořen návrh změn ve vybraných procesech, který poslouží k odstranění nedostatků, což povede k vyšší efektivnosti těchto procesů.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to acquaint the readers with the concept of process analysis and process optimization. The theoretical part of the thesis defines what process is, the process characteristics, what different types of processes there are and the process life cycle. The theoretical part then describes modeling languages and notations for modeling processes. The last part of the theoretical part describes what the optimization of processes is and methodologies used to optimize processes. The practical part deals with the analysis of the organization, the identification of selected processes and the optimization of processes in practice in a particular organization. The most effective methodology for process optimization and notation for process modeling are selected for this organization. Process optimization is performed through this selected methodology and notation. Design change in selected processes is created based on this process optimization. Design change will assist to eliminate the deficiencies, leading to higher efficiency of these processes.
