Evidence of Easements in the Cadastre of Real Estate
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá evidenci vybraných služebností v katastru nemovitostí. Pojednává o pojmu služebnosti obecně a dále pak se zaměřuje na vkladové řízení služebnosti, evidencí služebností v katastru nemovitostí, zápis služebnosti vydržením, na základě zákona, z rozhodnutí orgánu veřejné moci a zvláštní pozornost pan věnuje evidenci služebnosti k části pozemku.

Bachelor’s thesis deals with records of selected easements in the Cadas-tre of Real Estate. It discusses the term easement in general and it fur-ther focuses on deposit procedure of an easement, record of an ease-ment in the Cadastre of Real Estate, record of an easement by usucap-tion, based on the law, by decision of the public authority and after-wards it pays special attention to records of an …more
