The different ways of acquisition of fixed assets by an allowance organization and their accounting and tax aspects

Abstract:

Předmětem této práce je analýza nabývání dlouhodobého majetku příspěvkovou organizací a vyhodnocení důsledků v oblastech účetnictví a daní. V první části je vymezen dlouhodobý majetek dle platné právní úpravy pro příspěvkové organizace a následuje rozbor možných způsobů nabývání dlouhodobého majetku těmito organizacemi. Druhá polovina práce je věnována konkrétní příspěvkové organizaci – analýze jejího hospodaření, struktury dlouhodobého majetku, jeho účetnímu zachycení a vyhodnocení a dopadů v oblasti daně z příjmů a odpisování majetku v podmínkách této organizace.

Abstract:

The subject of thesis is analysis of acquisition of fixed assets by an allowance organization and evaluation of the consequences in the field of accounting and taxes. In the first part the fixed assets are specified in compliance with effective legislation for allowance organizations and the analysis of possible ways of acquisition of fixed assets by these organizations follows. The second half of the thesis is devoted to the specific allowance organization – its financial management, the structure of fixed assets, the accounting procedures and the evaluation of impacts in the area of income tax and depreciation under conditions of the organization.
