Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou souvislostí hospodářského cyklu a vývojem na trhu s hypotečními úvěry v období od roku 2000 do roku 2010. Zvláště se zaměřuje na problematiku efektivnosti měnové politiky a na analýzu hlavních determinantů, které vedly ke vzniku hypoteční krize. The diploma thesis deals with the connection between the economy cycle and the development on the mortgage credit market since 2000 until 2010. Mainly it focuses on the problematic of the effectiveness of the currency policy and on the analysis of the main determinants, which leads to the mortgage crisis.
