Hlavní cíl mé bakalářské práce je najít vhodný způsob financování koupě nového osobního automobilu pro právnickou osobu a to mezi dvěmi nejčastějšími formami financování - leasingem a koupí na úvěr.V teoreticko-metodologické části mé práce se v úvodu věnuji charakteristice jednotlivých způsobů financování formou leasingu a koupě na úvěr a americké hypotéky. My final thesis examines the most suitable method for acquiring vehicles, particularly for a private company. One of the most common approaches of financing a long–term property is by purchasing on credit or by utilizing financial leasing.
