Abstract:
Práce se zabývá transformací neuroinformatických metadat uložených v relační databázi do standardů sémantického webu. Jejím hlavním cílem je prozkoumat existující nástroje a navrhnout jejich modifikaci tak, aby bylo možné automaticky transformovat vstupní data. Abstract:
This thesis describes a transformation of neuroinformatics metadata stored in the relational database to the semantic web standard. The main goal is to investigate existing tools and necessary modifications that ensure automatic transformation for converting input data.
