Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Controlling jako nástroj řízení podniku.“ se zabývá metodami a nástroji controllingu ve společnosti 4 P & P, spol. s r.o. Cílem práce je popis teoretických koncepcí, srovnání praxe ve společnosti s těmito přístupy a navržení koncepčních změn ve fungování controllingu v této společnosti. Teoretická část nastiňuje metodologické předpoklady cílů a organizace controllingu, podnikového plánování, strategický a operativní controlling a metod a nástrojů užívaných v controllingu. V praktické části se práce zabývá metodami používanými ve společnosti a na základě srovnání teoretických předpokladů s podnikovou praxí jsou v závěru praktické části navržena opatření koncepčních změn fungování controllingu ve společnosti.

Abstract:

This Master´s Thesis „Controlling as a toll forenter prise management“ deals with methods and instruments of controlling in the company 4 P & P, spol. s r.o. The goals of the thesis are three-fold: a description of theoretical assumptions, comparison of the practice in the company with these assumptions and suggested changes to controlling procedures in this company. The theoretical part outlines methodological approach for controlling goals and how they are organized, the company´s planning and strategic and operational controlling as well as methods and instruments used by the controlling function. The practical part of the thesis deals with the methods actually used by the company. Suggested changes to the company´s controlling are set in the conclusion of the practical part based on the theoretical assumptions and their comparison to the practice of the company´s praxis.
