Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice vypořádacího podílu v bytovém družstvu. Po úvodu bakalářské práce s názvem Vypořádací podíl v bytovém družstvu se následně autorka zabývá samotným pojmem vypořádacího podílu. The bachelor’s thesis deals with issue of settlement share in a housing cooperative. After the introduction of the bachelor’s thesis Settlement Share of a Member of a Housing Cooperative, the author deals with the very concept of settlement share.
