Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá specifickou formou zaměstnávání, pro kterou se vžil název agenturní zaměstnávání. Zaměřuje se na agenturní zaměstnávání z hlediska flexibility trhu práce a z hlediska jistoty agenturních zaměstnanců. Cílem diplomové práce je provést výzkum zaměřený na činnost agentur práce a jejich vliv na flexibilitu trhu práce v souvislosti se zvyšováním nejistoty na trhu práce. Situace v oblasti agenturního zaměstnávání je podrobena statistickému zkoumání na datech České republiky a Evropské unie a vlastnímu výzkumu, který je dán do kontextu s obecným povědomím o agenturním zaměstnávání.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with a specific form of employment, which is called the agency employment. It focuses on agency work from the view of labour market flexibility and from the view of the security of the agency workers. The thesis aims to explore the activities of agencies and their impact on labour market flexibility in the context of increasing uncertainty in the job market. The situation of temporary agency work is explored by the statistical examination of the data for the Czech Republic and the European Union and by my own research which is put into context with the general awareness of the agency work.
