Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem „Prevence a zvládání stresu u žáků základních škol: Návrh metodického materiálu a informačních letáků a plakátů“ se zaměřuje na problematiku stresu u žáků základních škol a na základě dohledaných výzkumů se snaží vytvořit vyučovací hodiny a informační letáky a plakáty, které mají sloužit k informování žáků o stresu a jeho zvládání. Práce se zabývá především projevy stresu u dětí, technikami, které mohou pomoci při zvládání stresových situací a podporou, kterou mohou žáci v takových situacích očekávat. Výstupem práce je soubor vyučovacích hodin a přehledných, graficky atraktivních materiálů, které by měly být použity v rámci preventivních pro-gramů škol, aby žáci měli přehled o stresu a věděli, jak mu předcházet či jak ho řešit. Práce je přínosná nejen pro pedagogy a rodiče, ale také pro samotné žáky, kteří mohou díky ní získat užitečné informace a zlepšit tak své zvládací strategie na základě získaných informací o problematice stresu.

Abstract:

Thesis entitled "Prevention and management of stress in primary school students: Design of methodological material and information lea-flets and posters" focuses on the issue of stress in primary school pupils and, based on the research it has been traced, it tries to create lessons and information leaflets and posters to inform pupils about stress and its management. The thesis focuses on the manifestations of stress in children, techniques that can help in managing stressful situations and the support that pupils can expect in such situations. The output of the work is a set of lessons and clear, graphically attractive materials that should be used in schools' prevention programmes so that pupils have an overview of stress and know how to prevent or deal with it. The work is beneficial not only for teachers and parents, but also for the pupils themselves, who can gain useful information and improve their coping strategies based on the information about the problemma of stress.
