Compounds For Disinfection Applications Based On Biodegradable Oligomers
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice antimikrobiálních látek. Do této skupiny látek patří dezinfekční a sterilizační prostředky, antibiotika a chemoterapeutika. Jejich cílem je usmrcovat mikroorganismy anebo alespoň zastavovat jejich množení a růst. Praktická část této práce se zabývá hodnocením antimikrobiálního účinku sloučenin dle normy ČSN EN 13727+A2 a ČSN EN ISO 11930.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is devoted to issues of antibacterial substances. This group of substances includes disinfectants and sterilizers, antibiotics and chmeotherapeutics. Their purpose is to kill microorganisms or at least stop their multiplication and growth.
