Abstract:
Celiakální sprue (CS) je multifaktoriální onemocnění, charakterizované celoživotní abnormální imunitní odpovědí, které vykazuje rysy autoimunitní reakce na lepek, způsobující u vnímavých jedinců morfologické změny na střevní sliznici. Klinické projevy CS jsou velmi variabilní. Prevalence onemocnění se udává mezi 1/200 až 1/300. Bylo prokázáno, že toto onemocnění je asociováno s HLA alelami II. třídy …moreAbstract:
Celiac disease (CD) is a multi-factorial disease characterised by a lifelong abnormal immune response showing the features of an autoimmune reaction to gluten, causing morphological changes in the intestinal mucosa to occur in sensitive individuals.
