Evaluation of a selected NPM tool in the Czech public organisation
Abstract:
Předmětem práce je analýza vybraného nástroje New Public Management v podmínkách veřejné správy. První část vysvětluje pojem New Public Management, včetně jeho cílů, a nejčastějších nástrojů. Druhá část se pak zaměřuje na Model EFQM, jeho koncepci, kritéria a tzv. logiku RADAR. Třetí část pak hodnotí použití tohoto nástroje na Krajském úřadě v Brně a Krajském úřadě Libereckého kraje.
Abstract:
The subject of the thesis is the analysis of selected New Public Management tool in public administration. The first part explains the concept of New Public Management, including its goals, and the most common tools. The second part focuses on EFQM Model, its concept, criteria and the so-called RADAR logic.
