Molecular-physiological basics of cell senescence and immortalization
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci jsou shrnuty nejnovější poznatky o procesech buněčné senescence a imortalizace a to se zaměřením na molekulární a fyziologickou stránku těchto jevů. Praktická část práce se zaobírá zpřehledněním a zhodnocením metod, které jsou pro imortalizaci používány ve vědecké praxi.
Abstract:
In this work there are summarized newest facts about cell senescence and immortalization with the view to molecular and physiological aspects of these processes. The practical part of the work occupies oneself with assessing of methods used for immortalization.
