Ownership and rights of the owner to protect
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the protection of personality and privacy. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical definition of property rights. The second chapter describes the owner's right to protection. The third chapter analyzes the legal relationship between co-owners of the fourth chapter presents the current case.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá ochranou osobnosti a jej súkromia. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické vymedzenie pojmov vlastníckeho práva. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje právo vlastníka na ochranu. Tretia kapitola analyzuje právne vzťahy medzi spoluvlastníkmi Štvrtá kapitola približuje aktuálnu judikatúru.
