Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vnitropodnikových směrnic v konkrétní společnosti. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsem provedla analýzu právních předpisů, ukládajících tvorbu vnitropodnikových směrnic. The bachelor work focuses on the question of internal directives in a particular enterprise. In theoretical part of the bachelor work I executed an analysis of juridical regulations requiring a creation of internal directives.
