Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Propouštění lidí v podnikové strategii“ je analýza procesu propouštění lidí ve zvoleném podniku. Cílem práce je zpracovat návrh doporučení podporující etické zásady práce s lidmi při uvolňování pracovníků z pracovního procesu. V teoretické části jsou definovány charakteristiky trhu práce a nezaměstnanosti, popsány historické souvislosti nezaměstnanosti a vysvětlen pojem outplacement, jako nejvhodnější nástroj pro zmírnění negativních dopadů propouštění. V praktické části je využito řízeného rozhovoru a písemného dotazování k analýze procesu propouštění. Na základě analýzy jsou navržena doporučení pro správné zacházení s lidmi při uvolňování z pracovního procesu.

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma treatise „Release of employees in coroprate strategy“ is an analysis of the release process in a given company. The aim of the work is to propose an approach supporting the ethical principles of employees release. The theoretical part of the treatise contains definition of the labour market and unemployment characteristics, description of the historic connotations of unemployment and definition of the outplacement as the most suitable tool utilised for decreasing the negative impacts of release. The practical part draws on a guided conversation and written survery to analyse the release process. Based on such analysis, recommendations for the appropriate treatment of personell being dismissed are suggested.
