Diplomová práce se zabývá testováním suplementů na bázi kyseliny laurové a jejich derivátů, u kterých se předpokládá potencionální pozitivní vliv na lidský mikrobiom. This diploma thesis deals with the testing of lauric acid supplements and their derivatives, which are expected to have a positive effect on the human microbiome. The most important derivative of lauric acid is glycerol monolaurate.
