Interaction styles of preschool teacheres

Abstract:

Diplomová práce výzkumného charakteru se zabývá interakčními styly učitelů mateřských škol. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, jaké jsou interakční styly učitele mateřské školy při komunikaci s dětmi. Teoretická část sumarizuje poznatky o procesu interakce, výukové komunikace, interakčním stylu učitele. Pozornost je také věnovaná dosavadním výzkumům zabývajících se interakčními styly učitelů. Výzkum je kvalitativně orientován. V empirické části je popsáno výzkumné šetření, které bylo realizováno s využitím nestrukturovaného pozorování a interview s učiteli mateřských škol. V závěru jsou interpretovány výsledky výzkumu a odpovědi na výzkumné otázky.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis of a research character deals with the interaction styles of kindergarten teachers. The aim of this thesis was to find out what are the interaction styles of a kindergarten teacher when communicating with children. The theoretical part summarizes knowledge about the process of interaction, educational communication and interaction style of the teacher. Attention is also paid to existing researches dealing with the interaction styles of teachers. This work is qualitatively oriented. The empirical part describes a research survey, which was carried out using unstructured participatory observation and in-depth interviews with kindergarten teachers. In the final part are interpreted the research results and answers to research questions.
