Social legal aspects STREET ART, Graffiti - members informal subculture in Opava.

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je problematika graffiti a navazujícího street artu. Práce má především informační a analytickou funkci a zabývá se subkulturou graffiti, street artu ve světě a v České republice. V teoretické části seznamuje s pojmem a historií graffiti, street artu, a jejich nejznámějších technik. Další část je věnována popisu a fungování subkultury a jejich členů. Následně je popisován vztah subkultury a společnosti, a jak na sebe vzájemně reagují. V další části seznamuje čtenáře s řadou sociálních, mravních a v neposlední řadě také právních důsledků plynoucích z páchání kriminality. V poslední části teorie jsou popsány motivace k tvorbě na základě Maslowovy hierarchie potřeb se zaměřením na tvorbu graffiti a street artu. Hlavní cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat a podat ucelený náhled na problematiku graffiti a street artu s fungováním této neformální subkultury. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsem si zadal jako první cíl ověřit výskyt předpokládaných faktorů motivace vztahujících se k činnosti graffiti, street artu z daných teoretických předpokladů vycházejících z potřeb dle A.H.Maslowa, a jako druhý cíl jsem si zvolil společně s příslušníky subkultury hledat možné řešení prevence nelegální tvorby.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is the problem of street art, namely graffiti. The thesis has primarily informative and analytical function and deals with the graffiti subculture and street art in the world and in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, it explains the expression ?graffiti? itself, as well as the history of street art including the best-known techniques. The following part is dedicated to the description and function of the subculture and its members. The following section refers to the relationship of subculture and the society and their mutual interaction. In the conclusion, the thesis looks at the social, moral and legal consequences in relation to commiting crime. Then I give the description of motivation to create on the basis of the Maslow hierarchy of needs with focus on graffiti and street art. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze street art and graffiti and offer a comprehensive insight to this problem along with the description of how this informal subculture works. In the practical part of my thesis, I set myself as the first objective to verify the occurrence of the supposed motivation factors related to graffiti and street art from the given theoretical presumptions stemming from the needs according to A.H.Maslow. The other goal I chose is the search of a possible solution to prevent the illegal activities in cooperation with the subculture members.
