Diplomová práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. V teoretické části jsou předloženy poznatky týkající se raného stáří v učitelské profesi, specifik profese učitelů mateřské školy a profesního vývoje učitelů mateřských škol. The Master's thesis has a theoretical-empirical character.
