Tato diplomová práce řeší možnosti ověření autenticity vína na základě profilu fenolických látek. V teoretické části se práce zabývá významem autenticity vín a základními možnostmi ověření. This thesis addresses the possibility of authenticating wine based on the phenolic profile. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the meaning of wine authenticity and the basic possibilities of verification.
