Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit determinanty důvěryhodnosti bankovního personálu. V práci je zkoumán vliv delegace, identity a pohlaví na chování bankovního personálu při interakci s druhou osobou. Je provedena literární rešerše, sestaven a uskutečněn experiment. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the determinants of bank personnel's credibility. The study examines the influence of delegation, identi-ty, and gender on the behavior of bank personnel during interactions with others.
