Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat vývoj přímých zahraničních investic. V první kapitole jsou přímé investice definovány a jsou popsány i jejich další důležité vlastnosti, jako například motivace investorů, riziko investování a zdroje investování. Zkoumané období od roku 2003 do 2013 je ve druhé kapitole rozděleno na jednotlivé roky. V každém roce jsou analyzovány přímé investice podle meziroční změny stavu, podle přítoků z jednotlivých zemí světa, podle změny stavu v regionech ČR a podle přítoků do jednotlivých odvětví českého hospodářství. Na konci diplomové práce je pak analyzován trend přímých investic ve sledovaném období, vliv světové finanční krize na tento trend a vztah s vývojem HDP. Třetí kapitola je věnována agentuře CzechInvest a investičním pobídkám. Jsou prozkoumány pozitivní a negativní dopady těchto pobídek na celkové hospodářství a zaměstnanost.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the development of foreign direct investment. Direct investments are defined in the first chapter, as well as their other important qualities such as motivation of the investor, the risk of investment and sources of investment. Surveyed period from 2003 to 2013 is divided into individual years in the second chapter. Each year, direct investments are analyzed by the annual change in the state, according to inflows from individual countries, according to state changes by region and by inflows into the various sectors of the Czech economy. The trend of direct investments in the reporting period, the impact of the global financial crisis on this trend and relationship with GDP growth is analyzed at the end of the thesis. The third chapter is devoted to CzechInvest and investment incentives. The positive and negative impacts of such incentives on the overall economy and employment are explored.
