Tato absolventská práce má za cíl vytvoření profesiogramu daného pracovníka ve vybraném zařízení. K tomuto cíli je třeba popsat práci sociálního pracovníka v institucionální výchově dětí a mladistvých, zjistit jeho přínosy na pozitivním rozvoji dítěte, poukázat na problémové situace a na nedostatky v ukotvenosti práce sociálního pracovníka v institucionální výchově.
