Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku náhradního mateřství z hlediska etiky a práva. Cílem práce je přiblížit základní okruhy etických a právních otázek, které se s náhradním mateřstvím pojí. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on issues of surrogacy from the point of view of ethics/moral philosophy and law. The aim of the thesis is to point out the fundamental spheres of ethical and legal matters that are connected with the surrogacy.
