Internal audit of the quality management in Ltd.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou interního auditu systému managementu jakosti v podmínkách konkrétní firmy, která si za pomocí externí poradenské společnosti vybudovala v roce 2002 vlastní systém managementu jakosti a následně od certifikační společnosti TÜV Rheinland získala certifikát pro jakost podle ČSN EN ISO 9001:2000. Od roku 2006 však tento certifikát jakosti nevlastní. Management firmy usoudil, že finanční investice do certifikačního auditu jsou příliš vysoké, a tak se rozhodli od tohoto kroku nadále upustit. Úkolem této diplomové práce je posoudit, zdali vedení firmy před 5 lety přijalo správné rozhodnutí či se dopustilo zásadní chyby. Zaměřím se hlavně na posouzení spokojenosti zákazníků dnes a za doby, kdy firma ještě vlastnila certifikát pro jakost. Výsledkem celé práce bude odvození patřičných závěrů a doporučení.

Abstract:

A subject of this thesis is to describe internal audit of quality management applied to the concrete company. With help of external counseling this company built its own quality management system and obtained from TÜV Rheinland quality certificate in accordance to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2000. Since 2006 the firm is not an owner of this certificate anymore. The management decided to stop further financial investments to the quality management certificate due to high cost of these investments. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze the firm steps and make a conclusion whether the decision about the cut of further investments to the quality management was right decision or turned into a major mistake. I will also compare a level of customer’s satisfaction in these days and the time when the company owned the quality certificate. The results of the whole study will be inferring of the conclusions and appropriate recommendations.
